The person in the video is Sara Ruth Brown, who is a comedian and actor. Given that, it’s likely that the story told in this video is fake, though who knows? Stranger things have happened — people married Charles Manson, after all.
On that topic, the replies and quote tweets to the post that featured this clip indicated that, yes, bigger red flags have been ignored.

Additionally, given the prevalence of true-crime obsessed people who want to bang mass murderers, it really does seem like there’s someone out there for everyone. So if you’re on trial for first-degree murder, just hang in there — the right person is bound to come along. Just try to control yourself this time.
